Compact centrally located apt with w/d, but bad maintenance.

Small but compact house, has washer and dryer(all units) and fire place( in second floor units), which many communities don't provide. Centrally located, cute looking apts.

Overall maintenance is sloppy and seems to get worse every day. There are 2 small outdoor pools but only one is use-worthy. The second pool maintenance is quite irreregular and 70% of the time either locked or unusable. The gym is small and requires lot of renovation/ maintenance.
