Incompetent Management

If you enjoyed the movie Pinocchio, this place is for you. They act like puppets. Unfortunately, the management is worthless and unable to assist residents with nominal questions and needs. Understandably so, this maybe a result of upper management, nonetheless this made for a very irritating stay. INDEED!
