lived in a 2 br for about 1 1/2 years. During that time the hot water heater went out, the kitchen sink handle blew off with an accomanied fountain of water, they decided to jimmy rig the faucet together and had to come back three times to re-jimmy, our air conditioning inside dripped on the floor and onto the guy living under us. Instead of fixing it, they gave him $10 off a month. One of the 2 club houses has turned into a storage area for old aplliances and hot water heaters, but the pool in the back of it is open. One guy got robbed in the unit next to us and when we decided to move out they fought to keep our deposit because of the water damage (supposedly we didnt notify them about the sink even though it happened three times)so instead of fighting over the deposit we ended up getting a maid service bill for $230 dollars, after we moved out which just happens to be the amount of our deposit. I guess im trying to say look a little further than this place.

I don't know if you check this review, but if you do, we are thinking of filing a suit against East Chase--they pulled a similar trick on us. Do you have info that may help?
