I have had a really terrific experience (so far) at East Chase. Though I haven't been here long, I have been really impressed with the office and maintenance staff. My only problem was with my garbage disposal. Each time I called about it, however, it was fixed on the same day. On the third time it jammed up, the maintenance people replaced it that same day and I have had no problems since. My neighbors are really quiet (though, that's just luck of the draw) and the grounds are always beautifully kept. The one bedrooms are a little on the smallish side, but very cute and cozy. Plus there's a full size w/d in each apartment which is hard to find. Good place to live!
