This apartment complex is a truly House of Horrors, literally speaking. When we moved in, our apartment was in an okay condition and the air quality was poor. That problem has been reported a few times with no results except for a lame "band-aid" solution to cover up the problem.

Then we had our run in with these HUGE black spiders and nasty spider webs in our balcony plus on the stairs. Who wants spiders in their apartments'

One night, I came home and found the lights being shattered, probably some drunken fool did it but doesn't add any safety feel to it.

The grass area is horrible, they need a lesson in horticulture and botany for sure how to keep the grass nice. Who wants a muddy lawn'

One day I came home and I mean it I am serious, the mailbox was run over and the management had the wonderful duty of handling mail. Imagine mixing airheads with mail, you pretty much get mail lost or wonder if you really get your mail' They take forever to find your packages. They could use HGTV assistance in ORGANIZING!

Parking is ample, but it is not safe to walk around at night with a few lights on. You are walking in the dark having no idea if there are bad elements around or not.

My favorite story of this complex is a neighbor's dog sleeping on the streets, asking for a suicide. If the dog knows the apartments are bad enough, I don't blame him for trying that trick on the roads.

If you sign a year lease, and need to leave early due to a job transfer or marriage, expect to splurt $2000 or thereabouts to get out of your lease.

They have a leech on your credit report and they fill an Equifax form when you first move in, so they will do anything to destroy your credit if you don't honor your contract.

Fortnately I had the money to get out of hell, so if you want this place, save your breath and look at some beautiful apartments nearby.

If Louisville is the 3rd most allergic city in the nation, East Chase would be the most allergic apartment complex in the nation. That is an award that they can proudly display in the lobby.
