I recently relocated to Lousiville and had no idea where to live. I really lucked out at East Chase. The staff here is amazing! They have gone out of their way each time I have contacted them. The maintenance team is superb and items are repaired/addressed right away. East Chase is a great location and a good value. I looked a tmany other communities and am happy with East Chase. You can pay more and not get the same level of service that East Chase offers.
