This place is an overpriced nightmare. Things look nice on the outside and mgmt seems helpful unitl you sign the lease. Hope you don't have a noisy neighbor b/c they won't do anything about it. Hope you don't need maintenance - we were made to do without air conditioning over a weekend during the summer because it didn't constitute an "emergency". They also have an unusually long 60 day notice period that has to be given if you're moving out. There is no provision in the lease if you buy a house. We got a contract on a house 51 days before the end of our lease and informed them before the papers were even signed. It didn't matter and we'll now have to pay extra. When we tried to talk to them about it they treated us like dirt. A wholly unpleasant experience.
