1. Maintenance is horrible. I complained about a broken disposal with raw, rotting chicken in it for 3 WEEKS! Their answer was to pour bleach down the drain. No one even looked at it until I threatened to call the BBB.

2. The management is rude to residents--but they'll be sweet as honey when you're looking. Don't be fooled! And they are never open during office hours. So inconvenient.

3. Nice pool, huh' Open 1 day a week.

4. Dog poo everywhere.

5. There was a rape.

6. Claimed I gave 59 days notice and not 60, so they charged an extra month AND rented it during the extra month I paid for!

7. Charged $800 to replace 4 year old carpet. We didn't take pictures, so we couldn't prove that they didn't do anything "sneaky." Accepted payment plan and made first payment within 2 weeks, and less than 2 weeks later were notified it had been turned over to a collection's agency. Paid a lot to be treated like dirt!

Oh my god, I am 100% agree with you ...these guys are just limit ...they will never give your security deposit back. This happend to me also & I know many others who told me same story. I would everybody ...never ever come to east chase apartment. Your exp. would be good till you do not have any problem but while staying there if you stuck into some problem then they are not at all co-operative.
