I have lived here for about 18 months. First year never really had too many issues, outside of the fact that the ice maker and dishwasher only worked 1/2 the time! This year has been nothing but a headache. Neighbors who keep me up all night, people who leave their trash outside the door for a over a week. Complained twice, office doesn't seem to care. This place has gone down hill fast!
