My husband and I have been living in East chase for almost 4 yrs and we haven't had any issues.We started with one bedroom apart and then moved into a 2 bedroom apartment once my son was born.we never ever thought of moving to any other place..the maintenance guys ver great, they were prompt, I might have called them for at least 10-15 problems and all were rectified promptly.I loved the community ,the tenants are friendly and so is the staff..I would recommend this place to everyone..
