I have lived at East Chase for one year. I lived in a one bedroom for 6 months and a two bedroom for 6 months. They neglected to tell me that East Chase is housing for Spalding students that are extremely loud. We have had a SERIOUS mold a problem for 2 months that East Chase has neglected to fix. I had to have the health department come out so that East Chase would do anything about the mold. Because of the mold and moisture we have had bugs EVERYWHERE! I would not live here again if they paid me!
