when we first moved in it was real nice ,quiet , and people were very friendly now a year later . The rent has raised about 25-30 dollars to pay for all of the renovations and water used ,we now pay 772.00 a month, its very loud , we never hardly have a place to park during the week cause visitors take up all the good parking spaces , lots of loud music . And when we moved in we had two dogs and have recently been told we can only have one dog or two cats , we were told we couldnt have grills but half of the people do and the rules aren't enforced. I have to say the maintenance is superb.. before we signed our lease for the 2nd time we were told we would get a discount by the management office if one of us worked for ups so when I got hired on I took them the proof over there to find out that since I was only an occupant that we cant get the discount , well my beef is that was the only reason we resigned our lease is that we were promised a discount . they knew from day one in 2007 that I was the occupant in the apartment and was still promised the discount the day we resigned our lease in 2008 ..This is poor management in my opinion. And for that reason we will not sign again after this lease is up...thank you SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
