From the first day I moved in, the maintenance people were extremely nice and always fixed any problem I had within a day or two. The management was very nice and helpful anytime I needed any help. The apartments are nice and have lots of room. The included washer and dryer is something you don't find many places, and the price is awesome. If you work at UPS then you get a discount. I lived in the very back corner, so it was pretty private. My balcony backed up to 64, but it was still pretty quiet. The neighbors were a little loud and obnoxious, but that comes with any apartment complex. Plus the first month's rent was free and we only had to pay a $200 deposit. The first floor apartments come with a bar and the 2nd floor has a fireplace. (The 2nd floor is best because you have nobody living above you plus a fireplace!) They have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer. Never lived in a complex that came with all those things. I really liked living here, but moved out to get an apartment with my boyfriend. I would have gotten another one here if there had been the right unit available. It's really not that bad, in my opinion.
