Not bad for the price

These apartments are not bad for the price. It is not upscale living but they are clean, safe, and maintenance is good. If you are used to more expensive living and larger square footage you are going to be disappointed. Also, in the summer there have been times when the pool was dirty. Next, the (dumpster/trash compacter) sometimes gets over flow trash and it smells bad in the summer. Over all, this is the only complaint regarding sanitation and to their credit the grounds are kept clean. Finally, they rent units to college students as dorms that are four students deep per two-bed room unit. This makes for some crowded parking at times. The students are quiet however and cause no problems. A one bed room unit is around 600 sq ft and cost between $499.00 to $550.00 per month.
