Very nice townhouse for the price. @br with 1bath. Plenty of closet space and washer dryer hookups. Close to both an elementary, middle, and high school. Lots of kids and a playground (though it could use paint), also had grills on site that was nice in summertime. I was told it was a bad area by everyone but never had any problems myself-and I'm a single female.
