Basically I moved in a while back and since we've moved in half the apartments around us have been either broken into, even one had the door shot. My car was scratched up within a month by the kids around there. There is about 20 children playing in the road at any given time while their parents sit inside and watch Oprah and collect Welfare. We thought this was going to be a nice place to live, them being so new and next to a nice neighborhood but it is far from it. Also the office staff is immature and unprofessional, it was likely one of them who put the 'PUT YOUR NAME SO THEY CAN HEAR THE WHOLE STORY!!' thing. They NEVER return calls, you ask them to call you back it's like asking them to go kill their best friend. The only good thing about this place is how new and well kept most of the apartments are. As far as management, safety, and maitenance I give it a one.. across the board.

I totally agree with you. When we first moved into Falcon Crest we were excited, but the excitement was short lived when we were forced to call the cops several times a weeks because of our unruly neighbors. We tried informing office staff who said they would do something about it, but never did. The apartment is ver nice so if you don't mind loud neighbors, your stuff being stole, kids running around every where and basically just living in complete discomfort than Falcon Crest might be good for you.
