I've lived @ Falcon Crest for almost 2 yrs. & have only encountered minor problems. Perhaps I had my music too loud one day & the cops were called on me, but I realized that I had to be mindful & respectful of different people's schedules of work around me. Parking also was an issue for me. It actually caused me and a neighbor to get into a physical confrontation because they felt BOLD enough to tell me where I could park, even though there is no assigned parking. With that being said, the property manager handled everything in a respectable, adult-like manner & helped me diffuse any additional problems that could have arose from that situation. Also, the management was ALWAYS willing to help, understand, & listen to any issues that I may have had. LOVE YOU Stephanie T.!! I don't think it's the apartments, it's the people within the apartments (usually on Section 8)that lack morale & values that give the complex a bad name.
