I have lived at Falcon Crest for 3 years now and I have never encounterd the problems that the previous residents have claimed to have had. I have no complaints about the management or maintanance. There are plenty of ammenities that make Falcon Crest a great place to call home. The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly and the apartments are modern and up to date. The current parking situation could be better but that's apartment living everywhere.
