We have lived here for years, and these apartments have gone down hill fast. The new management is rude, unprofessional, and they never follow up on what the say they are going to do. We pay too much money now to live here, and before we never felt this way. Its a shame but these apartments within a year are going to be a dump. It is true, the new owners here are nothing but a bunch of slum lords. They have this brat 24 year old for a manager, who must have got her so called degree from correspondence school. She is an idiot. The place is becoming filthy, there is crime everywhere, and we no linger feel safe because of this. The neighbors are loud, and they (the owners) do nothing about this problem. People party in the parking lot until late at night, and all the professional people are leaving in droves. Do not live here.

Add to that we just recently heard that the 24 year old mgr. was recently fired for stealing money from the corporation.
