Since we moved here, maintenance has been ongoing. There is stuff everywhere, it is loud all of the time, and no it does not look like a work in progress. The so called paint job has left paint stains on the shrubs, deck, and concrete. The landscaping is damaged beyond repair, the water sprinklers were only used for the front area, and the parking lot has a second rate patch job being done on it. This is not a luxury apartment homes, it is a dump, pure and simple. When my lease is up, I am out of here.
