My friend just told me about this website and I am shocked at the comments I am reading about Fenwick Place! We moved in May 11th 2005 and I have not had any maintenance problems in my apartment other than a couple light bulbs needing changing but those were done the same day I called! I find the management to be very professional. I know there have been a couple of office managers here since I have moved in but the office and maintenance staff is the same, always friendly when I come in to use the computer. I think the landscaping looks great, they have sprinklers all over the property cause i parked my car in a certain spot so it would not get sprinkled on last summer and I am in the back of the property. I find the type of people who live here to be very whit collar too, my neighbor is a MD and I am one of 11 collegues that I know of in the Executives Department of GE to be living here. I never here my neighbors! I moved from TX and looked at alot of apartments, Fenwick felt the most like a home, lots of big windows that make our apartment very bright, and we love the closet space. I was also referred by a former resident that this was a nice place to live. It seems that there are soooo many unhappy people with apartments in KY because there is not many good things to say on most apartments from this site in Louisville, It must mean that the happy people are to busy enjoying living life than to find ways to complain about it! We are renewing our lease and we will recommend Fenwick to everyone!
