I lived at Fenwick from December 2005 thru July 2006. I had a unit on the second floor with a loft bedroom on the third floor. I found this unit to be quiet and well maintained. Didn't have any issues with the apartment, so I never had to call maintenance. The train does run a lot more frequently then I was told, but my apartment was at the other end of the complex and the sound didn't bother me.
The rent is a tad on the high side, but I didn't have much time to search for something that was more reasonably priced. I've now had time to shop around and found something closer to work, and about $200 a month cheaper.
The commute to downtown everyday on I64 drove me nuts!
