I have been living here for almost 2 years, and I have had very few problems. The maintenance guys are always timely and the community is always well kept. There are some Sulluvin College kids who share some apartments, and they can be noisy sometimes, but it depends on the group you get. The apartment itself and the rooms are very spacious. They will also paint the rooms for you, and if it's a color they use for models, it's really cheap.

Also, if you need an appliance or anything replaced, it's free, which is really nice! We just had our dish washer replaced a few months ago because it died, and it didn't cost us a penny. I would DEFINITELY recommend this apartment to anyone.
