Fenwick Place
< | >
I was on here searching for apartments in my new town I moved to and decided to check out my old residence. I was seriously surprised to see such negative things said. I loved living at Fenwick, it was a great place to call home for two years. In fact I would still be living there if I didn't have to relocate. I had very few problems, if any while living there. Stacy in the office is amazing and would do absolutely anything for you. It saddens to me see such negativity.

I have tried calling to get a hold of stacy several times over the past few weeks, and she is never in and wont return my calls. The first of the month fell on a sunday, which is when i get paid, the banks werent open, so i picked up the money monday after work, and turned it in at 3pm. They still charged me the late fee with no help at all. Doesnt sound like she would do anything for me.

jetterm,
I am the same resident that replied to your first, and very nasty, post. I'm guessing that you also missed the paragraph stating that rent is due on the 1st of the month. Did you read ANYTHING before you signed it?? It clearly states in MY lease that rent is LATE after the 1st. I don't expect any sympathy from the staff because it is clearly stated on the paper I signed. It is not their job to waive your late fee when you agreed to the terms with your signature. You should have been responsible and saved your money...so you could pay it when it is due. Everyone else does it...you can too.

jetterm, I have had absolutely no problems while living there in Fenwick Place the past year. Stacy is always so nice and accommodating, not sure what your deal is but you are probably one of those tenants that gripes and complains about every little thing. The lease clearly states its due the 1st of every month. That means you should have had a check written and turned into the office by the 1st, not the 2nd. Or, do what we did and have it automatically drafted from your account and you never have to worry about it. And if you say something like "I dont always have the money in the bank to have it automatically withdrawn" then you obviously dont make enough to be living there anyways. Thats my only gripe about the place is the cost of rent, that is why i have to move out because I dont feel like paying 940 a month anymore.
