The apartments are incredibly old. Old wallpaper, old light fixtures, all very 70s/80s. The staff is absolutely no responsive to repairs. Our air conditioning has not worked all summer and it has been miserable. It seems the units are just incredibly old and they need a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. My boyfriend and I are very excited to be moving out!

| Highwood Place Apartments may have a little age on it but it is very well maintained. we have learned that wallpaper has fallen out of fashion and now the walls are painted in a neutral color.Highwood Place takes pride in the apartment community and in our staff.Our maintenance man has been with the company for twenty years and if he is unable to complete a maintenance request we don't hesitate to call in outside professionals.
