I had one of the few studios they have. The studios come with a nice fold-up king sized bed (great when entertaining- fold it into the wall). The location is excellent- cant beat it. (You can walk to Thunder/ or bike the rider path along Riverfront Park). It may be old, but the office staff is great. Notice was fine for me- even allowing me to have my parents cat for a week without deposit (they needed a sitter). I loved it.
