Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
lived at jamestown for 3 yrs. maitnance is slow and you have to beg to get things done. oh yes im still waiting on a gate for my patio it's been over a year. our carpet after a big rain in one spot is saoked and aLL that they did was bring in a big fan to dry it. still every year they up rent. cypress point is nice as well as mallard crossing. but run away from jamestown office staff is very FAKE!! they do not keep it up the way they used to but rent still goes up. one lady in office got a promotion. not sure how that happen they all tell different stories when you call with questions. im sure you can find a better place to live than jamestown
