Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
Older apartment complex under new management.
Exterior wood trim and doors in bad need of paint. Many units with original/very old carpet in need of replacement. Undesirable utility billing - service fee is often as much as usage cost. Inefficient office staff recently replaced - here's hoping
