DON'T MOVE TO JAMESTOWN!!!!
Over the past 5 years Jamestown has quickly deteriorated. If your patio floods, it is your problem to fix. If you need your gutters cleaned, because you have to walk under Niagara Falls when you leave your home on a rainy days - wait about 3 years, then it might get done. If you want to go swimming, hope that the pool doesn't spring a leak; if it does it will just get filled in with concrete just like the deep pool. Of course they blamed the filling of the pool on skateboarders, but everyone knows that the pool had a leak cited by the health department and Jamestown was just to cheap to have it fixed. I wonder if the tenants will get a refund since one of the amenities was taken away from them. What about the tennis courts - they are chain locked. You have to get a key from the office - just hope you don't want to play tennis on Sunday - you can't! If your furnace goes out - it might get fixed in August. If you air conditioning goes out, look for that to be fixed in February. But then it is only if they can find the money. Don't let the new plush carpet in the office or model fool you - none of the apartments have carpet as nice as that.
