If you have never asked anything of anyone nor expect much in the way of attentiveness or customer service this is a great place to unload tons of cash on rent.
They make you pay the St matthews-area rate for housing, but on quality they adhere to a standard common in slums.

They are slow to respond to a complaint, and then only provide an inadequate solution. I have found that only after constant prodding will they return and then after providing them with a solution will they grudgingly get their hands dirty.

Concerning the rodents: there are squirrels in the ceiling and mice in the walls. There is no telling how long it will take before they have eradicated this infestation. I guess the office staff, the maintenance staff, United Dominion, and their pest people are just waiting for the rodents to leave.
