No apparent change in performance of new staff. Main exit/entrance is at the top of a hill and difficult to safely navigate due to blind spot the hill creates. Rates are a little cheaper compared to surrounding complexes, but lower price does not compensate for the lower quality units and grounds. Animals can be heard scurrying about the attic-space as well. If you can afford it, get a different place.
