St. Matthews is a great area to live in, but Jamestown is probably one of the last places your should look.

The rent is far too high for the size apartments available. The staff tends to be rude and unresponsive. Noise regulations are not enforced in the least (my next-door neighbors think they run an all-night rave). And new regulations as to garbage collection, dumpster use, and pet rules seem to crop up on a weekly basis, resulting in overreaction to small complaints.

If you're looking for St. Matthews, Jamestown might be okay if you're willing to overspend, but look elsewhere first.
