First off, I only live here and I have no affiliation with the management whatsoever. My wife and I have been here almost a year and after moving four times in the past four years because of terrible apartments, we are finally happy. We never hear our neighbors or smell their smoke or cooking. There is more than enough parking and a nice pool and exercise room. I agree with some other reviews that the pool was rarely open last summer and that the utility billing system is less than fair. However, we are happy with our townhome and all of the improvements the management has made. I have dealt with the manager personally on several occasions and he is always polite and helpful. Maintenance has been prompt and the workers courteous. With regard to the bad reviews, these are apartments and people are in the business to make money off them so of course there will be some problems and everything won't be done to your exact liking. Thats why people buy instead of rent. If I were not moving for a job I would definitely rent again.
