since we've had new management, everything changed from renovations to new amenities! they are so helpful and understanding and it is such a safe community! I wish I didn't have to move. About the bad reviews on this site....forget them that's the OLD jamestown...welcome to the new one.

Give me a break. This place is terrible. Those reviews are not old, and nothing has changed at all. Please do yourself a favor and never ever live here

Terrible place. New management sucks. They take forever to fix anything. The office staff are rude. The maintenence people don't know anything. They fix stuff half ass. If you don't smoke and your neighbor does, you might as well smoke too. Poor ventilation. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. This place is terrible.

Nothing has changed. The new management is lazy,disorganized and rude. I asked them to fix something when I first moved in and it never happened. I had leaks in my shower which caused a mold problem that was never fixed. Its a shame b/c the property is nice but management sucks! Don't ever rent there! Also, the maintenence does NOTHING.

this person was either paid to write this or works for the complex! This is no where near the truth!!!
