The person before this is way off, we have lived here for a year and would renew our lease but are moving to Florida. I'd recommend it. The apartments are furnished with all new carpet, appliances, and hardware. I live in a two bedroom townhome and the heating is quite ridiculous because it uses gas but it's not the management's fault, it's the city of Louisville for raising the gas prices. I must agree on the maintenance complaints, they are rather slow and must be called multiple times to get things fixed. Overall, parking is good, the apartments are nice but the price on rent could be better.

This person doesn't have a clue. The heating is the city of Louisville's fault? What? They cannot show you how much gas you used as a single unit. Is that the city of Louisville's fault? Give me a break. You are getting bille for something you did not use. Is that the city of Louisville's fault. No clue. Howcome every good response on this forum has the same ending? "I would renew my lease, but I am relocating." Really? When we moved the neighbor (whom I did not know) looked at me and said, "The lucky ones" Wow. That says it all.

Not all the apartments come with new carpet and fixtures.. Our townhouse had old stained carpet when we moved in, none of the fixtures are new.. Our master bath has old stained up wall paper.. I would say you just got lucky the the townhome you moved into had recently been updated..
