Nice floor plan, HORRIBLE service, broken promises!!

We chose this place because we loved the floorplan, and had all kinds of promises made to us regarding upcoming upgrades. Well, the only one kept was that our sliding glass door was replaced. Maint. requests were either ignored and never addressed, lied about, etc. The only times things were fixed were when Jason was threatened with legal action over it or when it was a fire hazard (electrical issue). I would NOT reccommend this place unless they get rid of the staff...

Contact Brookside Properties which is the company that owns Jamestown.. We made a complaint to them directly after months of trying to get things addressed and i kid you not they came to my apartment today and fixed everything that i have been waiting for months to have fixed.. I only contacted Brookside Yesterday.. .. http://www.brooksideproperties.com/
