These people have either not paid their rent of have other issues. We have lived at Jamestown for over 3 years. The new renovations are amazing from what it was before. The new fitness center is great and very nice. My maintenance problems have been fixed better that ever before. We live on breckinridge lane and can't hear a thing from that busy street. I would recomend Jamestown to anyone. Don't listen to these people.

The posts on this web site are definately not crazy. Again that sounds like a post from the office, trying to even out the responses. I lived there, and it was the most awful place I have ever lived. The back kept falling off, my fence was laying on the neighbors patio, my bath tub leaked water into my living room, my neighbors smoked, so my townhome reaked of it. Maintenance finally came to fix the tub, after I had to call brrookeside properties, the cut a hloe in the wall and left it. Never came back to repair it. The mgmt is a joke. That pretty much sums up jamestown. Joke.

This post has got to be from management. I live in an apartment that faces Breckenridge, and the noise has kept me up more than once. On major holidays, the sirens are almost unbearable.

Oh my goodness...the same thing happened to usnwith the bathroom and living room. We had a leakage in the living room downstairs and they poked a few holes and then just left...and it still leaks...We had guest at our house and it leaked on them while sitting on our couch. I also don't like the steep rent for what you get and if you break lease, it is like 3000 dollars....
