After reading many of the reviews, I can confidently say that there is a high level of consistancy with tenets being fustrated with their choice to move to Jamestown. I have also read the good reviews. It seems that each of the good reviews are either a month or two apart. Each good review begins with the same language," I have lived here 2 years", and "the office staff is great." More of a marketing ploy. Well, I am a current tenet and what really stinks is the $75 late fee applied on the 2nd of each month and the $5 late fee for each additional day you are late. I opted to break my lease and was told it would cost me over $3000 DOLLARS. A Legal Trap, I would not recommend this apartment development to anyone. Please do your research as I am paying a high cost for not doing my own. Consider the reviews of others. Make your choice wisely. Lastly, there are many more apartment developments in the St. Matthews area that offer much more services for the money... Plus you pay for UTILities
