We just moved in. Barely. One thing was done that was on the to do list before we gave them a $700 check. Other than that the office staff said whatever they could to get us in and make us think that all would be ready as stated. The day we moved in the manager who made all the promises was off, a friday, the other office staff member, who also made promises only could apologize for what had not been done. Then went on to say that the stuff was okay as far as she was concerned even though on the initial walk through she said the stuff would be taken care of. When I tried to tell them that I wanted this stuff either done or on the lease that it would be done they said `well maybe we just need to call the whole thing off' After of course they already had $150 of my NON-RETURNABLE money. Summary: They are salespeople in the office, carsalesman-snakeinthegrass-lying-sayanything-`I'm here for you'-DECEIVERS! Now, the apartment is nice, cozy, relatively affordable. Parking sucks where we live. Renovations are nice. Hope you get more out of the office than we did.
