I do have a hard time understanding some of these complaints. Overall, Jamestown has been a good place. Friendly staff. Maintenance is quick to fix things. Very convenient. Nice apartments. Good neighbors. The noise isn't too bad. There is a hospital across the street, but the sirens don't bother me too much. The airplane noise isn't too bad either, but I personally like airplanes a lot and love hearing them. Truthfully, the only complaints I have are very minor, and most of the issues would be at any apartment complex. Jamestown has been a nice place so far. From my apartment experience here and other places, if you are friendly to the staff, pay your rent on time every time, and don't cause much disturbance, most of the time you end up with an enjoyable home. (I am not on staff at Jamestown; I am just a person who thinks some of these complaints are venting from one-time problems they had. I enjoy Jamestown.
