I have to agree with most of the people who have written horrible reviews of this apartment complex. Since day one of moving into this godforsaken hellhole they call Jamestown, my husband and I have been nothing but disappointed and seething with anger at the office/maintenance team. The day we arrived, it was not even ready to house a tenant. Our sliding glass door had NO handle whatsoever (nevermind a lock)! We basically were given a stick of wood to jam the door so that no one could walk into our apartment. A year later, that's still all we have to deter a burglar. The best part is, when we took up the issue with the office manager (---) she stated "Well, if someone wants to get into your apartment then they'll get in anyway." Nice, huh' Other than that, we have a list of SEVERAL things that were overlooked by the office/maintenance team. That list, too, has been on the backburner for a year. To weeks after moving in, a pipe in our downstairs bathroom busted and flooded our entire first floor. The only resolution staff would supply was to air the carpet out with floor fans and not even bother to replace the now mildewed carpet. Mold has also continued to grow on the edges of our sliding glass door and even in the utility closet. The upstairs bathroom has no ventiliation and the shower wall has been moldy/mildewy since we moved in. I have to say that the maintenance team has no work ethic at all (except for a few). One man that no longer works here actually left work for US to do since he was close to getting off duty that day...what nerve. I can spend all day elaborating on the upset that this place has caused me and my husband. They staff is horrible to work with, they lie, and find a charge for nearly everything (as if the steep rent wasn't enough). The complex is outdated and not worth the huge price. Please, for your own good and sake of sanity, look for another place to live.

I know exactly what you are going through with those morons. Look up the KY landlord tennant act and nail them to the wall is the best advice I can give. They break so many laws there it isn't even funny.
