We called the other day to talk to ----- about a problem we were having and they said she no longer works here...then asked for -------- and again they said, he no longer works here. ----- has always been nothing but helpful to us. Just wondering what happened. Also, why does it say there are no late fees until after the 5th of the month on our bill and in the lease it says due on the first or 75 dollar late fee....I just feel that this is misleading...it is almost like they want you to pay late because you think it is okay and then they hit ya with the fees....I am very dissappointed and cannot wait until my lease is up....

I totally agree with you and also, the girl answering the phones now...------...is very rude and unprofessional.....not impressed....

We hear you! We cannot WAIT till we can get out of this place! And, I continue to find more and more tennants who feel this way! There was a huge turnover a couple of months ago, as you noticed. The new manager is even worse than the one before, and obviously more than a penny-pincher. Hopefully, you have not or will not have to deal with many of the issues we are currently undertaking right now. We have had the outlet situation, ant invasion, lies, lies, lies, horrible toxic smells, sewage problems, nothing completed on-time before moving in, carpet probably 10 years old (in our "remodeled" version), mold in windows, and now..a HUGE mold problem. Disgruntled Jamestown tennants, unite! Something has to be done about this place.
