Since I have lived here, I have felt like I have been paying for much more than what I have been getting. The maintenance staff is horrible. The office staff is unhelpful and downright rude. The utilities are arbitrarily high and inconsistent. You pay for the average of an entire building's gas usage which doesn't reflect how much you actually used. The grounds are pitiful. The administration will lie to you to make you think this place is awesome. Don't believe them.

I agree 127% with this person. I have lived here since April of 2008 and have had nothing but problems. I have had bugs, holes in my ceiling, grease coming up my kitchen sink, water backing up in tubs and bathroom sinks, water leaking in my utility closet and under sinks, a broken mailbox (which means USPS wont deliver mail unless we're home), a frozen air conditioner.. and the list goes on. The office staff is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. The pool is NEVER open. You definitely pay for more than what you get at Jamestown.
