I cannot wait until our lease here is up so I can can get the heck out of this place, the maintenance is horrid, taking days to fix even the simplest issues. We are constantly being inconvenienced with them turning the water off, or the electricity being out for "repairs" and the Staff is RUDE and obnoxious!
I have a 2 bedroom townhouse and I like it but it is overpriced at 799$ a month (not counting the 50$ worth of fees and taxes) I will definitley be adding 6 minutes to my commute to work and save myself 100$ in the process by moving to Viuex Carre on Hurstbourne (They were my choice but my girlfriend liked Jamestown better for some reason)

Apartments don't charge you taxes. This sounds like a fake report.
