Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I have lived here for almost 2 years... it was nice at first but now all of a sudden they are letting just ANYONE move in here... people oartying on their balcony's.... neighbors being to picky... its an APARTMENT !! if you want peace and quiet i suggest you get a home or move somewhere else becase this please sucks.... never in a million years did i ever worry about walking from my car @ night to my home... ever!! just because this is in st matthews doesn't make it good.. the mngmnt is horrible... i am currently fighting with them about my dog who i paid a deposit on and they have "no record" of it.. and my neighbor is a "day sleeper" and conctantly calls about my DOG "walking around too much" Maintnence takes forever and a day to do what you need them too .. when I moved in over the summer of 06 i had no air and it took them a week to fix it .... yea if you want to get ripped off MOVE INTO JAMESTOWN
