We moved in three years ago and got a rehabed unit and it seemed great. The office staff was polite and responded quickly to any concern and the maintence guys were great. However, I don't know what happened but there was a huge change and the good people left because this place fell fast. The property manager was RUDE! I dont even have words to describe her, but anyways the maintence staff left about a year ago and now I think they just have whatever joes they could find trying to pretend to fix things. I had to pay a friend to fix my issues! It seems like they let anyone with a 99$ deposit move in to tear the place down. I am so glad that our lease ended and we packed and left and I will never look back. Way to go Jamestown!! Maybe you should try and find the good people and pay them double to fix the problems you have now!!
