The previous reviews are correct. We moved into the place 2 years ago and it was filthy. We complained and nothing was done about it. After the ice storm in February I called to complain because the walkways had not been shovelled and the extremely rude property manager said that cleaning the walkways was not on his priority list. He had a company in from out of state trying to fix peoples heat. When i asked about the nonexistant maintenance staff he told me that they had other priorities too. When I asked what they would do if I fell and broke a leg he asked me if I thought my request should be moved up ahead of people without heat, when I said yes he rudely told me he would send someone right out. When I returned home later I saw that someone had scattered a few pellets of ice melt on the walkway. This is pretty much the response you get about anything you ask to be fixed. The light fixture in my kitchen has no cover because the maintenance guy could not get it back on when they finally came to change the bulbs after 2 weeks of complaining. There is not enough outdoor lighting and I am afraid to walk to and from my car at night!

Ok. To the person who wrote this, you seem like your priorities are a bit messed up, i didn't have heat after the ice storm so i had to sleep on a floor for a week until power went back on. sooo yes i think you could have gone and bought your own salt and done it yourself.

It is not the responsibility of those that pay rent to salt the sidwalks..

No the managers priorities are messed up! They need to multi task and take care of all of their residents. Our power was out too. And we were sleeping at a friends as well but they still need to take care of the walkways so they are not a hazard. If you fell and hurt yourself or if one of your children fell you'd feel differently! We have a young child and she couldn't walk and we risked falling to get items in the house we absolutely needed and to remove our animals. So I see where you would be upset but you should also see where I am coming from.
