My boyfriend and I have lived in 5 seperate apartment complexes in Louisville, and this is BY FAR the best. They were bought by Brookside last year, and since then, have done nothing but improve. The office staff is GREAT, very friendly, the property manager Michael is fantastic. Any maintenance problems that we have are answered immeditely, the grounds are always kept nice, the pool and gym (by the far the best apartment gym Ive EVER seen) are great and the location is just perfect. I was like you at one point, trying to figure out where to live, trust me - Jamestown is the perfect place, whether your single, married or have a family, its great!!

This isn't true. Jamestown wasn't bought by brookside last year, it's been owned by them since at least 2007. While the property manager is a good guy, Jamestown is pretty far from perfect.

Brookside owned this apartment complex when i moved out in 2006. As we were in direct contact with them about breaking our lease... So they owned it since at least then..
