The management and office staff is extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. We had very bad experiences here. For further info, contact the Better Bussiness Bureau of Louisville, here is their link below: FYI, the ratings is F for numerous unresovled complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in recent years for unsatisfied tenants.
