I moved here, "sight unseen" from out of state the first of August. To date, the maintenance has been awful...I have pleaded and begged for a "stopper" for a bathroom sink to no avail. They replaced the leaky refrigerator just prior to Labor Day weekend...with an "icemaker" yet they have never hooked up the icemaker. When I told them there is a "mouse family" in my kitchen, I was told the exterminator wouldn't come until two weeks after I called about the mouse. It was suggested I get some "traps" and try to catch the mice myself...I did. The parking is pitiful. There is no security lighting in the back if you have to park in the back due to not being able to park in front of your building. I nearly tripped and fell in the dark.
